Tina Patterson, FCIArb is the Principal and Founder of Jade Solutions LLC, a woman-owned alternative dispute resolution and management consulting firm established in 2014 and based in Germantown, Maryland. With more than 24 years of dispute resolution experience and over 365 decided arbitrations spanning domestic and international matters, she maintains an active practice across commercial, employment, financial services, technology, and international disputes.
Ms. Patterson is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an IMI Qualified Mediator, and a CEDR Accredited Mediator. She sits on arbitration and mediation panels with FINRA, the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KiAC),  CPR, New Era ADR, the DC Bar Attorney/Client Arbitration Board, and BBB. In 2026, she served as an arbitrator judge at the 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and as a Presiding Arbitrator at the Africa in the Moot Special Virtual Post-Moot.  Read More

Mr. Dane Rosendahl is a people-oriented  senior graphic designer with extensive experience in print media, art direction, presentation design and corporate marketing. Mr. Rosendahl is a self-motivated professional who brings constant energy, strong motivation, and unusual dedication to the workplace and works well with senior management and junior staff to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Mr. Rosendahl’s capabilities include 24 hour proposal support for graphics and document formatting. He also provides rapid development of targeted print solutions, including packaging, presentation, campaign, and event related products.
