Jade Solutions, LLC has Maryland commissioned Notaries on staff that can perform notarial services for individuals or businesses. Our notaries are professional, dependable, insured,  experienced and members of the National Notary Association.  ​

Notary Services​

We offer flexible hours and can meet clients on their site (within Maryland), at an agreed upon location within Maryland, or notarize documents virtually,  if desired. 

Effective April 2014, the established fee for notarial services in Maryland  is $4.00 per signature on the first copy of the document and $1.00 for each signature on each additional copy of the same document.  

​Jade Solutions may charge $1.00 to make reproductions of a notarized document, $2.00 for certifying a copy of record. 

In addition, Jade Solutions charges a base travel fee of $5 plus 31 cents per mile, round trip.
