Jade Solutions Principal Tina Patterson is one of 27 individuals recently accepted to serve on the District of Columbia Bar Attorney/Client Arbitration Board (ACAB) Arbitrator Roster. The ACAB provides a relatively informal and efficient arbitration service for D.C. Bar members and their clients to resolve disputes about legal fees.

Effective 3 May 2019  Jade Solutions Principal Tina Patterson transitioned from Associate status to Member status with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).  CIArb is the world’s leading qualifications and professional body for dispute avoidance and dispute management with a  global network of 16,000 members.

Per the CIArb rules, "Member status indicates a high level of knowledge and/or experience in dispute resolution, as well as a commitment to the principles of professionalism, integrity, and excellence". Candidates for member status should demonstrate a minimum of five-years’ experience in arbitration, construction adjudication or mediation in a lead/sole capacity; including settlement agreements, the management of proceedings, and attending hearings which have resulted in the publication of a reasoned award or decision. References are also required.

Ms.Patterson has been a member of the CIArb since 2004 and is affiliated with the North American Branch
